SWL Worm and Worm Wheel Lifter
一、概述Brief:
蝸輪螺桿升降機(jī)是通過蝸輪轉(zhuǎn)動螺桿完成提升，下降，推進(jìn)等功能，廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械，冶金、建筑，水利、化工等各項(xiàng)行業(yè)，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，安裝方便、可靠性好， 穩(wěn)定性高，使用壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本系列升降機(jī)可自鎖，承載能力在2.51- -35t之間， ***高輸入轉(zhuǎn)速1500/min.工作溫度在- 20'C一100"C之間。
Worm and worm wheel Liter performs moving up.down and forward by worm driving. It is widely used in field of machinery, architecture, chemistry etc. The lifer has advantages of compact structure,small size, easy installation .good roliability .high stability and long life span. It has self locking. The maximum loading capability is 2.5 to 35 ton and the miximum input RPM is 1500r/m.
The environment working temperature is botween-20'C and 100'C.
二、型式和標(biāo)記Type and Earmark
2.1結(jié)構(gòu)型式Structurat mode
1型一_螺桿作軸向移動 (見圖1)
2型一螺桿 作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動螺桿上的螺母作軸向移動(見圖2)
Type1--Screw spins and rotate axially at the same time(see Figure 1)
Type--Screw spins while nut on Screwis rotating axially(see Figure 1)
2.2裝配型式Assemblage mode
升降機(jī)每種結(jié)構(gòu)型式又分為兩種裝配型式
A型一螺桿 (或螺母)向上移動(見圖1和圖2)
B型一-螺桿 (或螺母)向下移動(見圖1和圖2)
There are 2 assemblage modes available for each of elevator structural mode;
Type A--Scrow(or nut) moves upwards (see Figure 1 and Figure 2):
Type A--Screw(or nut) moves downwards (see Figure 1 and Figure 2):
2.3螺桿頭部型式Screw head mode
1型結(jié)構(gòu)型式的螺桿頭部分為1型(圓柱型)，1型(法蘭型)。川型(螺紋型)和IV (扁頭型)四種型式(見圖1):
-2型結(jié)構(gòu)型式的螺桿頭部分為1型(圓柱型)，川型(螺紋型)和IV (扁頭型)兩種型式(見圖2);
-There are 4 type available for the head of screw with Type 1 structural mode:Type 1 (eylinder mode) Typell (lange mode).Type m (thread mode);and Type IV (hat head mode)(see Figure 1).
-There are 2 type available for the head of screw with Type 2 structural mode:Type 1 (cylinder mode) Typell (thread mode)
2.4傳動比Drive ratio
升降機(jī)分為兩種傳動比，即普通(P)和慢速(M),
