一、機(jī)架系列及選用原則

The Series Frames and Selection Principle.

1.機(jī)架的選用，原則上是根據(jù)減速機(jī)輸出軸徑的大小來確定機(jī)架型號(hào)，只要接口形式及安裝尺寸相符，減速機(jī)的輸出軸大小在一定范圍內(nèi)可以對機(jī)架型號(hào)上下浮動(dòng)。若選用帶接板機(jī)架，減速機(jī)的安裝尺寸與機(jī)架不符，在一定范圍內(nèi)我廠也可以對接板進(jìn)行調(diào)整與減速機(jī)聯(lián)接.滿足用戶要求。

2.無支點(diǎn)機(jī)架。機(jī)架本身無軸的支承點(diǎn)，攪拌軸是以減速機(jī)輸出軸的兩個(gè)支承軸為受力支點(diǎn)，可用于傳遞小功率，不受或只受較小軸向負(fù)荷.攪拌不太強(qiáng)烈的攪拌裝置。攪拌軸與減速機(jī)聯(lián)接必須用剛性聯(lián)軸器，特別是以JQ型夾殼聯(lián)軸器為***佳。

3.單支點(diǎn)機(jī)架。具備下列條件之一者，選用單支點(diǎn)機(jī)架為***佳。

(1)攪拌容器設(shè)置底軸承，作為一個(gè)受力支點(diǎn):

(2)軸封本體設(shè)有軸承(包括剛性襯套).作為一個(gè)受力支點(diǎn)(受力程度按軸封要求規(guī)定):

(3)攪拌容器內(nèi)，軸中部設(shè)有導(dǎo)向軸承，作為一受力支點(diǎn)(即中間軸承)。

當(dāng)具備上述條件的攪拌軸.在選用單支點(diǎn)機(jī)架時(shí).攪拌軸與減速機(jī)之間的聯(lián)軸器須選用HL型彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器。

在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中常用剛性聯(lián)軸器代替彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器聯(lián)接攪拌軸與減速機(jī)出軸，取消底軸承或中間軸承等支點(diǎn)。這樣使用，簡化了單支點(diǎn)支架的應(yīng)用條件，但只適宜于攪拌不強(qiáng)烈，功率較小，對軸承負(fù)荷較小的場合。這時(shí)聯(lián)軸器應(yīng)選用GT型剛性凸緣聯(lián)軸器，以利軸向尺寸方面的微量調(diào)整:原則上不能用JQ型夾殼聯(lián)軸器，若采用夾殼聯(lián)軸器，則必須對支點(diǎn)的軸承結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行變動(dòng)，采用帶緊定套的錐孔調(diào)心滾子軸承，或者取掉夾殼聯(lián)軸器中的懸吊環(huán)，使攪拌軸的軸向位置有適當(dāng)調(diào)整的余地。

4.雙支點(diǎn)機(jī)架。不宜于選用無支點(diǎn)，單支點(diǎn)機(jī)架時(shí)，應(yīng)選用雙支點(diǎn)機(jī)架。但選用的雙支點(diǎn)機(jī)架下支點(diǎn)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)帶緊定套的錐孔調(diào)心滾子軸承便利于安裝維修.且攪拌軸與減速機(jī)之間的聯(lián)接必須選用HL型彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器。

1. The principle of selection frame. In principle we could choose the frame type of output

shaft diameter according to the interface mode and the installation dimensions. The output shaft could float according to the frame type. In order to meet the customers' requirement we could adjust the joining of the panel and the reducer at some range if the installation size is not matched with the frame when select the frame with Plug board.

2. The frame without support. There is no supporting points of the reducer's own frame.

The mixer axle which is supported by the two supporting bearings of the reducer's output shaft could be used in transmitting the small power, not accepted or minor accepted the with axial load.

3. Single-support of frame. You'd better select the single-support frame when the condition is as following:

(1). The agitator tank is set up a bearing as a supporting point.

(2). The reality gland seal (including the rigidity shel) is set up a bearing as a force supporting. (the forcing degree is sized according to the gland seal requirement).

(3). There is setting a lower shoe bearing at the center axial as a forcing support (namely center bearing).

The mixer shaft and the reducers' coupling should select the HL type spring Cylinder pin coupler when we use the single point frame which meet the above conditions' mixer shaft.

Actually, we usually use the rigidity coupling instead of the spring cylinc couple the mixer shaft and the output shaft. Canceling the supporting point of foot bearing andthe center bearing. Simplify the usage conditions of single supporting frame.

It is only suitable in these conditions of de-mightiness, minor power, small axial load. In order to have the minor adjustment of the axial dimension we should select the GT type rigidity flange coupling. In principle, the JQ type splint shell coupling isn't allowed to use. In order to have some adjustment leeway of the mixer axis, it is necessary to have the changeable of the bearing construct and use the cone-socket roller bearing with fasten ring or use the suspension ring taking off the splint coupling.

(4). Double-support of frame. We should select the double supporting point frame when non-support point or single-supporting point frame isn't suitable. In order to maintenance ease, the double-supporting point bearing construct which with the cone-socket roller bearing could be used. The coupling which between the mixer shaft and the reducer should select the NL type spring cylinder pin coupler.
