概述Brief

ZJY系列軸裝式減速器采用直接懸掛在配套主機(jī)動(dòng)力輸入軸上的安裝方式，省略了兩者間的聯(lián)接附件和減速器安裝平臺(tái)，適用于半式提升機(jī)，皮帶輸送機(jī)、刮板輸送機(jī)等設(shè)備的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，也可與其他有此安裝要求的主機(jī)配套。

產(chǎn)品按ZBJ19009-88標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。主要傳動(dòng)零件采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼材質(zhì)。齒輪經(jīng)滲碳淬火磨齒工藝加工，精度為(GB10095-88)6級(jí)。產(chǎn)品體積小，承載能力高，壽命長(zhǎng)，噪音低，效率高。與ZJ系列軸裝和減速器比較，相同的輸出扭矩，ZJY重量只有ZJ的30%左右，因而對(duì)配套主機(jī)的機(jī)架剛性要求大大下降，傳動(dòng)平衡。

產(chǎn)品除可雙向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)外，可以根據(jù)用戶需要配置逆止裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)單向制動(dòng)。

Series ZJY shaft assembly decelertor is mounted directly in a way of hanging on the dynamic input shaft of matching master machine, which dispenses with the connecting accessory and decelerator erection platform. It is applicable for the mechanical drive of bucket elevator，belt conveyor, and flight conveyor, as well as matching with other similar master machine.

The product is manufactured according to ZBJI9009 -88 standard, and main drive components are made of quality alloy steels. Gar wheel is processed with carburizing and quenching and grinding teeth with precision of Class (GB10095-88) 6. The product is compact size with high carrying capacity, long service life, low noise, and high efficiency. ZJY has the same output torgue as that of ZJ shaft assemblage decelerator. ZJY weights only 30% weight of ZJ, therefore, the rigidity required for the master machine frame is significantly decreased, and ZJY dreves stable.

Not only can this product be operated bouble direction, but also it can be equipped with antirunback device to achieve oneway braking.

二、減速器的型號(hào)與標(biāo)記Type and symbol of decelerator

全系列減速器以低速級(jí)中心距(mm)為單位，共有75、90、106、125、150、 180 、212、250、 300 九種規(guī)格。每一規(guī)格的傳動(dòng)比有10、11.2、 12.5、 14、16、 18、 20、22.4、25九種。

減速器的標(biāo)記代號(hào)中包括型號(hào)，低速級(jí)中心距、公稱傳動(dòng)比和旋向。

The unit for the complete series decelerator is low-speed class center distance (mm),in total 9 specs of 75, 90106,125, 150,and 300 each specs has 9 drive ratios of 10、11.2、12、5、14、16、 18、20、22.4、and 25.

Decelerator earmark is composed of type, low-speed class center distance,nominal

drive ratio and direction of rotation.

五、減速器的選用Decelerator selection

1. 減速器的選用Decelerator selection

   (1)查“減速 器載荷分類(lèi)”表，確定載荷類(lèi)型。

   Identify load type from tableof“ Decelerator load classification" .

注。U為均勻載荷，M為中等沖擊載荷，H為強(qiáng)沖擊載荷。

Note:U for unifom load, M for middle impact load, H for heavy impact load.
