五、擺線針輪減速機(jī)的使用及潤滑須知

The Usage and Lubrication of Cycloid Pin Wheel Decelerators

(一).使用Usage:

1..本機(jī)適用于連續(xù)工作制，允許正反向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

2.單級(jí)減速機(jī)輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)向與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)向相反，雙級(jí)減速機(jī)的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)向與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)向相同。三級(jí)減速機(jī)的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)向與輸入軸轉(zhuǎn)向相反。

3.本減速機(jī)的輸出軸不能承受軸向力。

4.輸出軸及輸入軸與其他零件配合時(shí)，不允許直接錘擊，以防損壞

5.輸出軸及輸入軸軸伸上的鍵按普通平鍵型式尺寸(GB1096-79)規(guī)定選用,立式減速機(jī)輸出端機(jī)座止口直徑D4的配合公差值符合極限與配合(GB1801-99)h9規(guī)定。

6.使用聯(lián)軸器時(shí)工作機(jī)械與電動(dòng)機(jī)聯(lián)接時(shí)應(yīng)使軸線同心，減速機(jī)的安裝誤差不應(yīng)大于所用聯(lián)軸器的允許誤差值。

7.減速機(jī)安裝后用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活。

8.臥式雙軸型減速機(jī)一般輸出軸軸心線處于水平位置工作:必須傾斜使用時(shí)軸心線仰角不應(yīng)超過15”(輸出軸軸伸端向下)

9.立式減速機(jī)應(yīng)輸出軸軸伸端垂直向下使用。

10.安裝后的減速機(jī).正式使用前必須進(jìn)行試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。在空轉(zhuǎn)正常的情況下，再逐漸加載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

11.載荷較大，起動(dòng)頻繁時(shí)機(jī)座與基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)自配定位銷釘或選用液力偶合器。

1. This series reducers suits to continue using and allowed to run in positive and negativedirections.

2. The change directions of single-stage output shaft and imput shaft is opposition. The turn of double stage reducer's output shaft and input shaft is the same.

3. This series reducer's output shaft couldn't accept the axial force.

4. In order to avoid the damage, hamming directly isn't allowed when equipped with other department.

5. We could select the key of output shaft and imput shaft extension according to the common flat key size (GB1096 797). The assembling tolerances of vertical reducer output shaft end's seat cutting is matched with the limit (GB 1801-99) h9.

6. It is necessary to make the axial ray in concentric when we use the coupling working machine and motor. The installation error is no more than the permissible error of coupling.

7. The reducer should be rotary agilited after installing it.

8. The extension of output shaft of horizontal double shafts reducer should be in the level. The incidence of axes should be less than 15 degree when it is used in lean. (the output shaft extension is down).

9. The end of output shaft extension of vertical reducer should be used in vertical down.

10. The reducer should be try rotary at first after installing it. It could be more and more load

up under the normal running condition.

11. We should select the positioning dowel or hydraulic pressure coupling when the heavy

shock load is bigger or starting is frequently.

(二)潤滑Lubrication: 

1.本機(jī)以油浴潤滑為主.適用于環(huán)境溫度-10'C -40'C:環(huán)境溫度-10'C一0'C時(shí)用N46.N68潤滑油;0'C~40'C時(shí)用N68.N100.N150.N220潤滑油，當(dāng)傾斜安裝時(shí)可采用油脂潤滑，立式BL27和XL7以上均有循環(huán)潤滑:開車前先啟動(dòng)油泵微電動(dòng)機(jī)，視油泵是否供油，否則應(yīng)將微電動(dòng)機(jī)接線換相.因油泵是按指定方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的.油泵處于正常工作后應(yīng)使油面高度保持在圓形油標(biāo)中線位置，油泵與減速機(jī)端面聯(lián)接處有“O”型密封圈，防止?jié)B、漏油。

2.加換油制度

******次加油運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)兩周后應(yīng)更換新油并將內(nèi)部油污沖凈。以后可每3-6個(gè)月更換一次，若環(huán)境溫度較高與潮濕時(shí)應(yīng)適當(dāng)縮短換油時(shí)間。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中減速機(jī)體內(nèi)儲(chǔ)油量必須保持規(guī)定油面高度.不宜過多與過少，旋開機(jī)座或法蘭盤上的通氣帽即可補(bǔ)充注油。

1. This series reducers are usually oiled by submerged lubrication. We should select the N46, N68 lubrication oil when the ambient temperture is from -10'C to 0'C, N68, N100, N150 and N220 lubrication oil is selected first when the ambient temperature is from 0'C to 40'C. We should use the grease to lubricate when it is slop installed. It has oil-pump to circulation lubrication above vertical BL 27 and XL7. We should start the micro-motor of oil purmp first and see if it is feeding oil before driving the machine or we should change the phase of micromotor because the oil pump is running in the specific direction. The oil level should be kept in the midline of round oil-mark when the oil pump is in normal operation conditions. There is an“Omodel seal ring between the oil pump and the end face of reducer in order to avoid the oil leak and oil seep.

2. The System of Change-over the Oil

The oil should be changed and clash the duty oil inside the machine after running two weeks firstly. Then it should be exchanged once 3 6 months. It is necessary to short the time of changing oil if the ambient temperature is high and the air is damp. The oil storage inside the reducer should be kept in a fixed height (It'd better no more overage or less quantity). You could add up the oil after unscrewing the breather plug of machine's flange.
